We will discuss this year’s legislative session and the impacts to water and wastewater utilities. We will cover some high-profile bills of interest to the industry and explore what legislation still remains for final disposition in the second regular session. Special attention will be paid to bills relating to PFAS, drinking water MCLs, administrative changes in the industry, and legislation that we expect to see in the future. This interactive session will give participants a chance to ask questions about both the substance of legislation and the process that it took to reach its final disposition.
