Consumer Confidence Report Preparation
The US EPA’s Safe Drinking Water Act requires the preparation and distribution of your Annual Drinking Water Quality Report, also known as a Consumer Confidence Report (CCR), for all Community Public Water Systems, no later than July 1st.
With the purchase of your 2024 membership dues, MRWA can prepare your CCR for a fee of $125.00. We will help you meet your regulatory requirements by (1) preparing your 2023 CCR and (2) providing you with the 2023 CCR certification form for your completion and submittal to the Maine Drinking Water Program. We will also post your CCR on our website no later than June 30th, 2024, at no additional cost.
To ensure we can help you meet this year’s compliance date of July 1st, 2024, please complete this form with all the applicable requested information and return it to our office no later than March 1, 2024!
Please note, if we do not receive this form, we cannot proceed with the completion of your CCR. Return your completed form below in its entirety to MRWA c/o CCR along with payment.
