What will I do in this job?
● Operate a variety of specialized equipment, including geographic information system software (GIS) and other engineering software and hardware, personal computer, handheld devices, utility line locators, acoustic inspection devices, leak locating correlators and listening devices, global positioning system (GPS) and metal detectors.
● Operate closed circuit television (CCTV) tractors, cameras, lateral inspection equipment and software
● Maintain and rehabilitate above and below ground structures with protective coatings
● You’ll be part of a skilled team that works together to maintain our water, stormwater and wastewater systems.
What qualifications do I need?
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Class C valid and insurable drivers license
● Valid Class II wastewater collection system certification within 18 months of hire
● Class I Water Treatment & Class II Water Operator’s license, or the ability to obtain these licenses within 24 months of hire
● Possession of valid NASSCO PACP certification within 12 months of hire.
● Certified applicator by Warren Environmental within 24 months of hire.
