TRAVIS NOYES, PE - Haley Ward

Travis has over two decades of experience in civil engineering relating to site development and infrastructure design and analysis. A graduate of the University of Maine at Orono, Travis began his career at Haley Ward in 1994. He moved on from Haley Ward in the early 2000’s to work for both a municipality and a national engineering firm. This experience provided him with a more well-rounded understanding of the needs of municipalities throughout our state and region. In 2008 he returned to Haley Ward to be the Engineering Division Director overseeing all civil, mechanical, and structural engineering services.

ANDREA DICKINSON, EI - Haley Ward

Andrea Dickinson holds a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Maine. Andrea is experienced in conducting investigations and remediation’s of contaminated properties including Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, and Brownfields and Superfund cleanups. She also has experience with NEPA Environmental Site Assessments, municipal and industrial storm water permitting and compliance, waste water permitting and compliance, along with solid waste and water quality projects. In 2012, she was awarded the Maine Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers – Young Engineer of the Year award. Andrea conducts environmental compliance trainings for municipal/industrial facilities in the State of Maine each year and has completed presentations at municipal conventions and conferences on storm water related.
