Class Description:

This hands-on training will discuss the following:

  • Drilling and tapping water and sewer lines
  • Valve insertions
  • Pipe and valve locating
  • Hydrant maintenance
  • Leak locating
  • Pressure testing

Class Fee: $60 Members | $80 Non-Members

State Agency Approval:
Maine BLWSO: 2.0 TCHs for Water Operators
Maine DEP: 2.0 TCHs for Wastewater Operators (pending)

Adam Porter – EJ Prescott

Adam Porter has been working for EJ Prescott for 5 years. He started out as a apprentice straight out of high school. Upon graduating the apprenticeship, he went right into service work. He has been working as a service technician for over 3 years now. He loves what he does and couldn’t see himself doing anything else.

THIS IS A LIVE EVENT!

This session will be held at EJ Prescott's facility in Bangor, ME. Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can take attendance. A 30 minute break is built in to the class and refreshments will be provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Individuals registered for one of MRWA’s training classes or seminars will be charged the class fee if we have not received notice of cancellation at least five (5) business days prior to the class. Anyone contacting MRWA to cancel enrollment in a class will receive a cancellation number.
