Seth Dickinson, E.J. Prescott

Seth Dickinson began his career at Team EJP in September 2019 as a VAS Specialist, where he played a key role in supporting value-added services and customer solutions. In June 2025, he transitioned into a new role as an Outside Salesman, continuing to contribute to Team EJP’s mission by building strong client relationships and delivering effective, on-site service and support. Seth brings dedication, industry knowledge, and a customer-first mindset to every part of his work at Team EJP.

Dustin Lacombe, PE, Wright-Pierce

Dustin is a Project Manager at Wright-Pierce in the water group, and he works out of an office in Topsham, ME. Dustin has been an engineering consultant supporting drinking water projects across New England for the past 13 years. He is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Maine. He received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Maine in 2013. In his spare time Dustin enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons. He’s also an avid outdoorsman with a passion for hunting and fishing.

Ian Messier, Crooker Construction

Ian Messier is the President of Crooker Construction, LLC, a Topsham, ME based heavy civil, paving, aggregate and precast concrete contractor. After graduating from the University of Maine with a bachelor’s degree in construction management, Ian has worked in a variety of capacities for Crooker, including as a project engineer, project manager, chief engineer and now president. Ian is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Maine.

Chris Cossette, Superintendent, Wiscasset Water District

Chris has served as the Wiscasset Water District's Superintendent since 2004. Under his leadership, the utility has made continual progress through constant operational evaluation of the system and creation of benchmarks for operational efficiencies. Chris is also one of the founding members of the Five Rivers Regional Water Council. Chris has taught many hands-on training classes for MRWA!
