How to Handle employee complaints: from the everyday gripes to the serious harassment complaints

This workshop will review how managers should handle employee complaints. Including addressing these issues
1. The proper way to intake a complaint.
2. Identifying the issues and the policies or law implicated.
3. Deciding whether and how to investigate.
4. Best practices for documentation.
5. Understanding terms like harassment, discrimination, hostile work environment and bullying.
6. Investigation essentials.
7. Resolving complaints.
8. Considerations for an appeal process.
