Zachery Lovely

Zach Lovely is proud to serve the communities where he was raised and continues to live. After graduating from Gardiner High School Zach took advantage of the University of Prescott program and worked as a service technician for E.J. Prescott. Since then, he has worked in Kennebec County his entire professional career for the Gardiner Water District and for five years as the Superintendent of the Hallowell Water District. He has completed the JETCC management class and currently serves as the Superintendent of both the Gardiner Water and Hallowell Water Districts where he is focused on maintaining assets for future generations while keeping rates at a fair and reasonable level.
 
Zach is excited to continue his public service on the Maine Rural Water Association’s board of directors because of the value he sees in the organization. He specifically cites the knowledge that MRWA staff brings to conversations about evolving regulations and current legislative matters as something he is looking to support. When he is not keeping drinking water safe in southern Kennebec County Zach spends his time in West Gardiner with his fiancé and children and at any drag racing strip he can find.
