What's an "Employee"?

Members of MRWA are utilities or businesses, not individual people.  Benefits of membership flow from a top level - the utility or business - down to the employees.  You got this email because your email address is associated with an EMPLOYEE SUB-ACCOUNT for your organization.  This means that you qualify discounts on training and events, and you have the right to access members only content.  When you register for an event, you should have your Account Administrator do it for you using the Account Administrator profile.  The Account Administrator is typically someone who pays the bills or is otherwise empowerd to make decisions on behalf of your organization.  If you need assistance signing-in to the website, contact Kathleen or Alex.  We'll be happy to help.
How do I sign-in?

Click in the upper right hand corner of the page where it says "Sign-in". If you don't remember your username or password, contact either Kathleen or Alex and we'll be happy to help.

Why should I sign-in?

Signing in to the website automatically applies member discounts to trainings & events, as well as allows access to the members-only part of the website. Once you're signed-in as the Account Administrator, you can register multiple employees for training and events and have one invoice automatically generated and sent to you.  There will be a record of all transactions you've made on behalf of the organization in one spot.  You can also store training certificates for all your employees in the Administrator account.

What's my password, and can I reset it?

If you don't know or don't remember your password, you can change it at anytime.  Just click on the "Forgot your password?" link to change it.  An email will be sent to your email address.  If you have problems, contact Kathleen or Alex, and we'll be happy to help you.
