What's an "Account Administrator", and why is it special?
Members of MRWA are utilities or businesses, not individual people. Benefits of membership flow from a top level - the utility or business - down to the employees. You got this email because your email address is associated with ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT for your organization. This is typically someone who pays the bills or is otherwise empowered to make decisions on behalf of a utility or business. As the ADMNISTRATOR you are the primary contact for business related emails. If you wish to transfer this contact to another person in your organization, please contact Kathleen or Alex, and we'll be happy to help.
How do I sign-in?
Click in the upper right hand corner of the page where it says "Sign-in". If you don't remember your username or password, contact either Kathleen or Alex and we'll be happy to help.
Why should I sign-in?
Signing in to the website automatically applies member discounts to trainings & events, as well as allows access to the members-only part of the website. Once you're signed-in as the Account Administrator, you can register multiple employees for training
and events and have one invoice automatically generated and sent to you. There will be a record of all transactions you've made on behalf of the organization in one spot. You can also store training certificates for all your employees
in the Administrator account.
What's my password, and can I reset it?
If you don't know or don't remember your password, you can change it at anytime. Just click on the "Forgot your password?" link to change it. An email will be sent to the address associated with the Account Administrator. If you have
problems, contact Kathleen or Alex, and we'll be happy to help you.
Why do I have 2 profiles?
As an employee of the member utility or company, you have your own personal account, just like everyone else. You can use this account whenever you interact with the website, like looking up a resource. We strongly suggest that you use the
Administrator Account whenever you register for classess & events, or purchase something from us. That way all the records pertaining to the utility or business will be kept in one place.
