Session Description:
This 1 ½ hour virtual session is intended to give an overview of technology and applications to address customer service complaints.

  • Develop an awareness of various technology and tools to interpret meter reading data.
  • Develop an understanding of means to present the data to a customer.
  • Become aware of utilizing this data to monitor your system and track customer consumption trends.

Location: This will be a live 1 ½ hour virtual class.

Fee: $45 per member ---- $60 per non-member

Note: Zoom connection information will be sent to each registrant 3 days prior to each session. Connection options:

  • If your computer does not have a microphone, you’ll need to both call in to listen and be heard and connect with your computer to view the PowerPoint presentation.

Dan has been working for EJP for 15 years. For the past 11 years he has focused strictly on AMR/AMI systems throughout New England. His duties include the sale, service and ongoing support for metering systems in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont and Northeastern Massachusetts. He is certified by Sensus to conduct customer trainings, system startups and project management. He has a degree from Thomas College.
