Janet Abrahamson

Tom Bahun

Ron Boivin
Ron is a Water System Circuit Rider. He provides technical assistance for leak detection, line and valve locating, water main repairs & disinfection, proper flushing & sampling procedures, and hydrant flow testing. David Bragdon
Dave Bragdon is a Small Water System Circuit Rider. Dave provides technical assistance for chlorinator pumps, leak detection, and chlorine residual. He can also check your pH and help you with MORS. Susan Breau-Kelley
Susan provides technical assistance on sourcewater protection issues, facilitates local stakeholder groups to develop sourcewater protection plans, drafts sourcewater protection ordinances and supports their adoption, writes grant proposals to fund sourcewater protection tasks, brings water supply messages into schools and local groups, coordinates and presents trainings, create press releases, bill stuffers, and other education and outreach materials. Elizabeth "Betty" Domino
Betty is the financial accountant for MRWA. She has over 40 years of experience working in not-for-profit, municipal, state, public and private accounting fields. She loves the “puzzle of the numbers” and is in charge of MRWA’s accounting system, making sure all the numbers are where they belong to create the necessary Financial Statements, budgets and other financial analysis as required by MRWA on a day to day basis. She enjoys crafty things and has recently begun re-exploring a long time interest in glass art. While not sporty she enjoys being outside and is in love with places she has never been and people she has never met. She can be reached at Bettyd@mainerwa.org.

Andy Gilson
MRWA welcomes Andy Gilson to our staff. Andy will be taking over for Tom Bahun as our Water System Circuit Rider. Mike MacDonald

Tracey Perkins
Tracey has over 20 years of accounting experience which includes the banking, manufacturing, sales, and communications fields. In addition to her Office Manager tasks, she is responsible for Accounts Receivable. You can go to her for any questions regarding your invoices or payments. Cindy Wade
Cindy is the Training and Special Events Coordinator. She schedules the trainings, Annual Golf and Annual Conference along with overseeing the data base. She is the contract person if you would like a copy of your training records, to make a change to your contact information or have a training request. Alex uses his background in limnology to provide technical assistance with sourcewater protection issues. Lately he finds himself spearheading MRWA's Asset Management Initiative, coordinating Income Surveys, developing CDBG and Rural Development Grant applications, GPS mapping and GIS projects for utilities and being the MRWA webmaster.
