CHRIS COSSETTE, President
Chris Cossette was elected to our Board during the December 2013 Annual Conference. Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in emergency management to the Board. He is the Superintendent of the Wiscasset Water District.
JEFF DAY, Vice President
Jeff is the Superintendent of the Lincoln Water District. He was elected at our 2014 Conference.
JEFF KOBROCK, Secretary/Treasurer
Jeff Kobrock is the former City Manager of Gardiner and currently the Executive Director of Midcoast Economic Development District. He is President of the Gardiner Water District Board of Trustees and has been a Trustee and Officer since 2003. Jeff was elected at our 2014 Annual Conference
Bruce Berger currently serves as Executive Director of Maine Water Utilities Association. He has 32 years of experience within the water and wastewater professions. He was appointed to serve as MWUA representative on the MRWA board in December 2016.
Rodney Butler has been the Brewer Water Department Superintendent since 2011.
Matt Demers is the Superintendent at the Dover-Foxcroft Water District. Matt was elected at our 2014 Annual Conferece.
John Guerin, President & licensed "VSWS" operator for the Beaver Cove Sewer & Water Association for the pasty 8 years (2008-2016) . We are located on the shores of Moosehead Lake between Greenville & Lily Bay State Park. John was elected to the board at the 2016 Annual Bangor Convention.
Jamie Holyoke is the Superintendent at the Hampden Water District. Jamie was elected at our 2014 Annual Conference.
Jim Leighton, Limestone Water and Sewer District Superintendent working in the water and sewer field since 1988.
Penny Lowe was elected to our Board during the December 2013 Annual Conference. Penny is the Superintendent of the Paris Utility District, which is a combined utility. Penny also sits on the Board of the Oxford Water District.
Kathy Moriarty was elected to our Board during the December 2016 Annual Conference. Kathy has worked at the Bangor Water District for 25 years and has been the General Manager for the past 10 years.
Jason is the Vice President of Government Service for Androscoggin Bank, before which he was the Director of Planning and Development for the City of Gardiner. He joined the Board in 2016.
