Drunken driving goggles delivers serious message

Maine Rural Water Association and the Kittery Water District co-sponsored the Southern Maine Safety Rodeo on April 16, 2009. At the rodeo attendees moved from one session to another. The sessions included Confined Space, Safe Driving Habits, Power Tools, Seat Belt Convincer and Fatal Experience. Attendees had the opportunity to drive a golf cart while wearing "fatal vision goggles" and experience a sudden stop while strapped in the seat belt convincer.
