Water Quality Specialist

Steve joined the MRWA team in the Spring of 2006 as a Water Quality Specialist (WQS). His role is to provide assistance with the technical, operational and regulatory requirements associated with the operaion of very small public water systems located throughout the State.

Steve is a graduate of the University of Maine with a BS degree in Life Sciences and holds both a Maine Class III Water Treatment System Operator license and a Maine Class III Water Distribution System Operator license. His background includes experience in the pulp, paper and nuclear power industries working in the areas of water and process chemistry, plant operations, water treatment and industrial safety.
