Tom is a licensed State of Maine Class IV Water Treatment and Distribution System Operator and a licensed State of Maine Grade 5 Wastewater Treatment Operator. He has over 16 years of experience in water and wastewater systems, and 12 years of training adults in workplace safety, emergency response and water and wastewater technologies. He is a Certified Environmental Trainer (CET) with the National Environmental Training Association.
