Sandra Bolotsky
Financial Circuit Rider
Sandy Bolotsky joined the MRWA team in December of 2005, after ten years in the New Mexico desert teaching high school and college math. She has had careers as a Corporate Financial Manager in Boston, MA and a restaurant Manager in Gloucester, MA, and generally thrives on new challenges and hard work.
While originally hired as MRWA's Office Manager, Sandy subsequently became the organization's Accounting Analyst, performing the billing and accounts receivable functions and working on a variety of financial projects for both MRWA and its clients. In addition, she taught math, accounting, and asset management classes, and worked with water utilities to revise and file their Terms and Conditions.
Sandy is now putting her accounting and training skills to work as a Financial Circuit Rider, assisting utility administrative staff with loan/grant paperwork and reporting. Sandy also complies and analyzes MRWA's Salary and Sewer Rate Surveys, and serves as a client resource for selecting and implementing billing and asset management software, preparing for utility audits, and assisting with whatever new financial requests may come her way.
