Kirsten Hebert
Director of Operations

Kirsten has been MRWA’s Director of Operations since March 2003. As Director of Operations, Kirsten is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Association. Kirsten plays an active role in MRWA’s training programs, as well as participating in MRWA’s legislative agenda. Kirsten is also a registered lobbyist for the Association.

Kirsten has her B.S in Criminal Justice from Western Carolina University. She graduated from Vermont Law School in 2000. Prior to joining the MRWA, Kirsten was a lobbyist for the Maine Municipal Association during which time she tracked various Legislative Committees dealing with natural and marine resources, agriculture, as well as utilities.
