Susan Breau-Kelley
Sourcewater Program Manager

Susan has been MRWA's Sourcewater Program Manager since the Program's inception in 2003. Under this program, she works with communities to develop and implement sourcewater protection plans for surface water resources. The plans include a series of tasks with a focus on public education and outreach.

Susan has a background in surface and groundwater protection in the non-profit and consulting fields. She is a Certified Geologist, has certification as a mediator, received an MS in Hydrogeology from Duke University and an AB in Geology from Colby College.
