Since having joined Maine Rural Water Association in January of 2005, Jason is responsible for preparing Annual Drinking Water Quality Reports, also known as the Consumer Confidence Reports (CCRs) for Association members. Jason also writes CCRs for the Connecticut members of the Atlantic States Rural Water and Wastewater Association, preparing hundreds of reports every year between the two associations. Jason is responsible for organizing and overseeing our Income Surveys; and assists with the completion and filing of funding applications, where municipalities (on behalf of water and/or wastewater systems) apply for grants and low- to no-interest loans for facilities/infrastructure improvements. Jason is one of our staff members responsible for MRWA's GPS/GIS & Mapping Services and he also is now MRWA’s Communications & Technology Coordinator. Jason is also involved in MRWA’s Education Outreach Program, providing environmental education including watershed and groundwater sessions. In addition, Jason is also involved in MRWA's Training Department through a number of responsibilities and handles all publications for the association.

Jason graduated from Bishop's University with a Bachelors of Science in 2003. He received a double major in Biology/Ecology and Environmental Studies. Jason volunteered with the Maine Conservation Corps/AmeriCorps where he served as the Volunteer Program Coordinator for the Maine Department of Transportation’s Environmental Office before joining our staff.
